£1.8 million in annual business rates; 310 permanent jobs

There are significant economic gains that will accrue from the MSA.

 

In addition to the £90 million that will be spent in delivering a MSA in this location, there will be up to 632 construction roles and 310 new jobs in the MSA itself.

It is estimated that the business rates payable to the local council will be in the order of £1.8 million annually.
